Planning Permission LA09/2020/1454/F – Construction of 29 dwelling units with associated parking, access, landscaping and wastewater treatment – Seeking to remove conditions nr. 6-9 of the permission pertaining to the requirement to provide a Waste Water Treatment Plant. In short, these conditions have now become redundant as the harm for which the Waste Water Treatment Plant was originally required has been removed as NI Water have approved and constructed a foul sewage connection directly into the combined sewer at the rear of the site following the necessary upgrade to the network in the locality.
