Construction of 22 no. houses consisting of a) 3 No. 3-bed and 5 No. 2-bed terrace houses, b) 8 no. 3-bed & 4 no. 4-bed semi-detached houses, c) 2no. 4-bed detached houses, 2) the provision of vehicular & pedestrian connections to Bothar na Mias along with all associated site works and services. House numbers 30 to 39, 40A, 40B, 40C, 40D, 40E, and 41 to 47
For the development consisting of the following:
1) amendments to a previously permitted residential development under pl. ref. 21/566 comprising of the increase of residential units from the previously granted 34no. units to 45no. units. The proposed 45no. residential units will consist of: a) 3no. 3-bed & 9no. 2-bed terraced houses, b) 22no. 3-bed & 6no. 4-bed semi-detached houses, c) 5no. 4-bed detached houses.
2) The provision of 2no. vehicular & pedestrian connections to Bothar na Mias as permitted under pl. ref. 10/1911 & 17/707, & the provision of 1no. pedestrian connection to Bothar na Mias as permitted under pl. ref. 06/4608.
3) Provision of car & bicycle parking, services, open space/landscape works, & all associated site development works. The planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS).
