Block 1 – Construction of a new three storey apartment building, consisting of 4no. 2-bedroom apartments and 4no. 3-bedroom maisonettes, at numbers 01-08 of the proposed site.
Block 2 – Construction of a new two storey apartment building, consisting of 4no. 1-bedroom apartments, at numbers 09-12 of the proposed site.
Block 3 – Construction of a new two storey apartment building, consisting of 4no. 1-bedroom apartments, at numbers 19-22 of the proposed site.
Block 4 – Construction of a new two storey apartment building, consisting of 4no. 1-bedroom apartments, at numbers 23-26 of the proposed site.
Block 5 – Construction of a new two storey apartment building, consisting of 4no. 1-bedroom apartments, at numbers 35-38 of the proposed site.

Construction of 36no. houses and all ancillary site works.
(1) Construction of 56 residential units which will include (a) 26 number three-bedroom two-storey semi detached dwellings, (b) 16 number 2 bedroom two-storey terraced dwellings (c) two blocks of duplex units with duplex block 1 consisting of four number 2 bedroom ground floor apartments and four numbeer three bedroom duplex dwellings above and a duplex block 2 consisting of three 2 bedroom ground floor apartments on ground floor level and three number three bedroom duplex dwellings above; (2) construction of all access roads, pedestrian footpaths and pedestrian crossings including the creation of a new access off the adjoining access road; (3) provision of on-site public lighting to serve the proposed development; (4) construction of all public open space amenities including children’s play area and landscaping features; (5) provision of ‘homezone’ areas to the residential areas of the proposed development; (6) all boundary treatments, including erection of boundary fences and walls.
