Development of Creche Facilities only at the Ground Floor of Block C, Airton Road. A new residential development will be constructed on the site of the vacant Gallagher’s Cigarette Factory located at the junction of Airton Road and R819 (Greenhills Road) in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Three residential blocks will be constructed on site and this Fire Safety Application is prepared in relation to the fit out of the previously approved [Previous Approved Reference No: FSC2302586SD] Creche Facility on the ground floor of Block C at Airton Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and shall not be applied to any other project.

Block E-F consists of Blocks E and F all over a basement level car park which also incorporates plant and ancillary accommodation.

Approved under fast-track planning, the 502 apartments will be spread across 6 housing blocks, spanning in height from 4 to 8 storeys.
The apartments will comprise a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bed homes with associated private balconies/terraces.
The scheme will include amenities such as 3 retail units and a creche.
The approved development will involve the demolition of the existing Gallaher cigarette factory which has been vacant since 2003.
The masterplan for the site envisages the construction of 11 separate residential blocks across a 3.8-hectare site.
