Interested parties will design, secure planning, provide the funding & construct the building in its totality in advance of tenants being obtained. IDA will sell the subject lands on a leasehold basis to the successful bidder. The successful promoter will lease the completed building direct to IDA Ireland approved clients on pre-agreed terms. Interested parties should register their interest per the attached expression of interest form and return to the etender notice inbox and/or propertytenders@ida.ie by the stated deadline notice.
