Permission for the construction of Rosslare Europort Terminal 7, a new Border Control Post (BCP) at Rosslare Europort. The development will consist of: Demolition of 1 no. existing concrete vehicle hall and associated steel frame structures (total area 1600m2), 6 no. single storey structures (783m2 total), 3 no. booths (11m2 total) with 1 no. canopy overhead and 11 no. street lights. Construction of Rosslare Europort Terminal 7, a new Border Control Post (BCP) with a total gross floor area for development of 10,645m2 on a site with an area of 44,895m2, consisting of the following: Block 1: 5 no. single storey Immigration Booths (47m2 total) with canopy overhead, Block 2: 5 no. single storey Enforcement Booths (47m2 total) with canopy overhead, Block 3A: 1 no. single Live Animal BCP building for unloading and physical inspections, with administrative offices (952m2), Block 3B: 1 no. single storey Live Animal BCP building for unloading and physical inspections, with administrative offices (609m2), Block 4: 3 no. single storey Seal Check Booths (17m2 total) with canopy overhead, Block 5: 1 no. single storey Truck Scanning building (585m2), Item 6: 4 no. High Mast Light fittings on poles 20m high, Block 7: 1 no. single storey Documentary Check building (146m2), Block 8: 1 no single storey Electrical Substation Switchroom Building (38m2), Block 9: 1 no. single storey Pet Inspection and Trade Facilitation Building (154m2), Block 10: 1 no single storey Car Inspection building (277m2), Block 11:1 no. two storey building for unloading and physical inspections of cargo, with administrative offices(2465m2), Block 12: 1 no two storey building for unloading and physical inspection of cargo, with administrative offices (2408m2), Block 13: 1 no. three storey building for unloading and physical inspections of cargo, with administrative offices (1640m2), Block 14:1 no. single storey Electrical Substation Switchroom Building (38m2), Block 15: 1 no. four storey building for immigration, processing, with administrative offices (721m2), Block 16: 1 no. single storey Facilities Management building (83m2), Block 17: 1 no. single storey Garage building (66m2), Block 18: 1 no. single storey Driver Welfare building(59m2), Block 19: 1 no. single storey Enclosed Truck Examination building (239m2), and Block 20: 1 single storey Administrative Support Facility building (54m2). External site infrastructure will include: 43 no. truck parking spaces, 12 no. car parking spaces, hard and soft landscaping, new internal roads to connect to port road network footpaths, perimeter fencing and gates, street lighting to entire site, new foul and storm water drainage systems, water connection, site services and all other associated and ancillary works.
