The replacement of a pedestrian rail bridge.
The bridge connects Saint John’s Terrace and Clairin Close.
The works will include the clearance of the site and the removal of the existing bridge.
A new precast concrete footbridge will be installed and the replacement bridge will also allow for approach ramps and upgraded public lighting and drainage.
It is hoped the project will go to tender in the second or third quarter of 2023.
