Development which shall be an enabling contract and comprise of: (1) reduction of existing site levels to new formation levels, removal off site and reuse on site of excavated materials, (2) removal of existing 115 space car park, (3) construction of retaining structures to new reduced levels, (4) construction of external store, 107 space split level surface car park and associated internal access road, (5) construction of underground storm water attenuation tanks, (6) construction of new site access with barrier control, (7) provision of 94 temporary parking spaces and (8) erection of new site boundary security fence.
