Construction of an All weather multi use games area & outdoor amenity & recreational facilities adjacent to Rathgormack Hiking/Community Centre. The multi use games area measures 36 metres x 66 metres with associated goalposts & surrounding fencing & netting measuring 7 metres high to the sides & 13 metres high to the ends of the games area with 6No. floodlight columns measuring 12 metres high. The outdoor amenity & recreational facilities will consist of a 360 metre long, 2 metre wide, exercise track with artificial lighting, a picnic area, a hard standing area for scout groups, a 35 metre x 18 metre natural grass court/playing area, a natural play area with grass & clay mounds. The proposed development will be enclosed with a new 1.8 metre high concrete post & wire boundary to the west & north, with new additional landscaping throughout the site at Carrowleigh, Rathgormack, Co. Waterford for Rathgormack/North Waterford Community Development Ltd. Area of proposed site approx. 0.68 hectares.
