The works shall comprise the strip-out and refurbishment of the Former Foundation Science laboratory (F.Lab -c.295m2) to form a 280 seat high quality tiered Auditorium, including full mechanical & electrical upgrade and specialist acoustic treatment. The works shall also comprise the refurbishment of the adjacent external facades and roof top plant overruns.
