Construction of 47 no. residential units, a crèche and all ancillary site development and landscaping works. The proposed development includes the construction of 27 no. houses consisting of 19 no. three-storey detached houses with first floor terraces, 1no. three-storey detached house with first and second floor terraces and 7 no. two-storey townhouses with first floor balconies; a new pedestrian access at Rampart Lane; and all ancillary landscaping, surface and underground car parking and site development works.
