Playground facility. The proposed playground is intended to be approximately 400m² area, equivalent to a large local park facility catering for mixed age groups up to twelve with supervising adults. The facility is principally intended to cater for local children but will also add to the overall amenity of the Regional Park. The proposal is compatible with the Master Plan for the park currently being prepared.
