The proposed development includes for all associated site development works, landscaping, boundary treatments and services provision. The total gross floor area of the proposed development is c.48,606 sq.m with c13.058 sq.m of basement/undercroft parking area. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.
