Permission for: 1. Provision of a new entrance to the Parish Centre via the existing yard between the Church and the Parochial House, including part removal of the existing rendered rubble screen wall to the south of the yard, relocation of the existing sacristy to the existing choir/back chapel area, alteration/extension (14m2) of the existing sacristy to provide a new entrance lobby, parish office and wc. 2. The existing entrance from Booterstown Avenue is to be retained as a means of escape. 3. Lower ground floor (existing Booterstown Avenue entrance level) will accommodate a large meeting room, servery, storage and toilets, with counting room, records store and maintenance store under the existing choir/back chapel area. 4. At upper ground level (proposed new entrance level) a new sacristy, meeting area and alter society room is to be provided in the existing choir/back chapel area. A new mezzanine floor (78m2) at this level will accommodate a lift lobby, 2 no. meeting rooms and toilets. 5. The existing first floor will accommodate a multi-purpose space, including a servery, wc and store, a new first floor (61m2) is to be provided within the choir/back chapel area to accommodate a multi-purpose lecture space with tiered seating. 6. The development will also include minor alterations to elevations including upgrading of existing windows, new passenger lift providing disabled access to all areas of the building, a new accommodation staircase between lower and upper ground levels, a new fire escape staircase in the NE corner of the building, re-opening previously blocked up door on the east elevation of the Church of the Assumption, all associated site development works.
