Commencement of the proposed development. The works comprise the conversion of 12 no. existing halting site service blocks units into 8 dwelling houses ( 4no one bed semi-detached units and 4 no detached units), together with associated external works
Permission for development consisting of works to existing 20 number halting sites units to include the following 1) extensions to 8 number existing halting site units (plot numbers 13-20) to provide bedroom facilities. 2) conversion of 12 number existing halting site units (plot numbers 1-12) into 6 number 2 bedroom houses. 3) internal and external alterations to existing units and 4) all associated site development works to include upgraded play facilities. Following development works the total number of dwellings on site will be 14.
