The proposed development includes the change of use of the Protected Structure (562 sqm) from existing commercial use, to use as an Aparthotel, addition of platform life, demolition of existing 277 sqm single storey light industrial building at rear of site, and construction of 556 sqm 2 and 3 storey extension with glazed link and lift, all to provide a total of 28 no.
