The development at a burial site will consist of the construction of a single-storey chapel building 7.5 m high to accommodate 100 people attending funeral services. It is proposed that the building will have a service block at each end to accommodate a main entrance, office, store, kitchenette and toilets at the south end and 2 no. Robing rooms for celebrants, store, toilets, coffin storage and plant room with further plant on the roof over, concealed behind a parapet, at the north end. It also includes the provision of a car park for 74 spaces, extension of the road system to service the new building and installation of reflective water pools within a walled garden which will commemorate those buried on the site.
