The development will consist of alterations to approved plans, Reg. Ref. FW13A/0052 comprising the replacement of 2 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses (Type B) with 1 no. 4 bed detached house (Type E) and the replacement of 12 no. 3 bed semi-detached houses (Type A) and 2 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses (Type C2) with 14 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses (Type B), all assessed from Castleknock Road, and associated external works, including a revised road layout. The total number of houses on site would be 139 no. houses in lieu of the 140 houses previously granted planning permission under Reg. Ref. FW13A/0052.
