EXPP: The unit we are submitting this documentation relates to an existing retail unit with permission to accommodate use classes 1, 2, 8, 10 & 11 such as retail, professional/financial services and medical/health services and also restaurant/cafe uses, see enclosed Planning permission Ref. 3846/06. Our client proposes to use the existing units 6 and 7 as a yoga studio. We would submit that this is permitted under Class 2 (b) or (c), class 11 of the existing planning permission.
