The development will consist of revisions to development previously permitted under Ref No. 05/54023, 06/54047, 06/54059 to provide for alternative layout and house types on part of the site. The application also seeks associated revisions to road layout and site development and landscape works, extension of duration to permission granted under Planning Ref. No. 08/54057
