Revisions to a previously permitted residential scheme (planning ref no. 16/4289). Permission is sought for the construction of 98 dwellings. 72 of these dwellings are a change of layout and plan to that previously permitted under planning reg. No. 16/4289 and 26 are new dwellings which increase the overall permitted number of dwellings on the entire site from 307 to 333. The proposed works also include alterations to the permitted site layout on the northern portion of the site, landscaping revisions to accommodate the revised site layout, revisions to the internal road layout and all associated site works. The revisions are proposed as a consequence of the requirement to retain existing esb infrastructure on the site.
