Services installation to include electrical works which comprises of lighting, power, data, fire alarm, CCTV and intruder alarm installations. Mechanical installation which includes full air conditioning and thermostatically zoned heating system, hot and cold water supplies and extract system generally in accordance with indicative architectural layout drawings and current building regulatory requirements all at Unit E, Bray Civic Centre, Main Street, Bray, Co. Wicklow. Contractors must demonstrate capacity to deliver a turnkey fit out solution in a live urban environment.
