The proposed works will consist of the change of use of the properties from the single dwelling house to student accommodation consisting of 8 no. bedrooms, bathrooms and living facilities all within the existing buildings envelop with minor changes to the elevations. The existing stand-alone Art Room and Store is to be used as an Art Studio for an Artist in Residence at Mary Immaculate College. Works are to include landscaping, a pedestrian connection at the rear to Mary Immaculate College Campus and all associated site works. The proposed works are within the curtilage of Protected Structures. The revised proposals include alterations to the layout of the ground floor plan of the proposed student accommodation, no change of use to the existing stand-alone Art room and store and removal of the pedestrian connection at the rear to Mary Immaculate College Campus.
