(182 no. basement spaces and 45 no. at grade). Basement revisions also provide for new storage areas to serve the proposed revised apartments and additional bicycle spaces. All on a site of 1.58 hectares (10,580 sqm) approx. at previously proposed/permitted apartment Block B8.
