To complete a development which was previously granted permission under parent application p. 10/303, the development consists of the following works: (1) complete 2 no. Full size gaa pitches, 1 presently completed (2) 1 training pitch (3) dressing rooms/club house and spectator stand (4) flood light playing areas and car parks (5) complete new site entrance to the site (6) complete construction of car parking area (7) provide sewerage treatment to epa guidelines (8) provide running track around pitch no. 1 (9) landscaping the site to include a walkway around the periphery of development (10) construct external handball alley (11) construct hurling wall. We wish to apply for a 10 year grant of permission to allow for completion of scope of the projected project.
