External works comprising the replacement of the high level clerestory glazing with new slim profile metal double glazing on the north, south and west elevations; the removal of associated high level storm glazing; the reconfiguration of entrance doors, steps and ramp. Internal works comprising the reconfiguration of the sanctuary and side chapels, internal re-decoration works to the walls, ceilings and floors; the provision of an underfloor heating system, upgraded cavity wall and roof insulation as part of energy upgrade works to the chapel; and all associated site development and excavation works above and below ground (this is a protected structure).
