The proposed development is comprised of
(i) 2 no. 2 storey 2 bed semi-detached houses to be accessed off the existing court, off the existing road and
(ii) 12 no. 2 bed apartments in 1 no. Four storey block to be access off the existing avenue, off the road, and which will form part of the carraig bui residential development.
The proposed development will have the effect of modifying extant permission reg. Ref. D16a/0343 (an bord pleanala ref. Pl06d. 247023). The proposed development also includes all associated site development works car / bicycle parking, open spaces, landscaping, drainage, infrastructural works etc. All on a site area of circa 0.19 hectares.
