The development consists of alterations to elevation to portion of the North and West Facades on the ground floor at the Lloyd Building. Works along the West Facade comprise removal of nine existing windows enlargement of existing openings to finished floor level, and installation of new windows incorporating opening vents. Along the Northern Facade, the existing roller shutter will be replaced with a new window to match existing windows, with integrated ventilation louvres. Ancillary external works will comprise erection of new freestanding planters and seating, in the walkway between the S.N.I.A.M.S building and the Lloyd Building. Additional planters to be located along the North and Eastern facade. Bicycle parking racks will be reinstated between planters.
