The proposal consists of the removal of an existing surface car park facilitate the construction of a 5 – 6 storey Build to Rent residential scheme consisting of 124 no. apartments with a mix of one and two bedrooms (39% 1-Bedroom and 69% 2 Bedroom) that all have individual private amenity spaces complemented by access to communal amenity spaces and landscaped gardens.
The accommodation is arranged as two chevron shaped blocks. The northern the block is over an under-croft car park which is accessed via a ramp adjacent to the site vehicular entrance. The under-croft car-park provides 54 car-parking spaces including 4 car club spaces. 150 bicycle spaces are provided at ground level, of which 80 spaces are enclosed and central to a landscaped ‘service-hub’ area. A shared access way through this area provides use for pedestrians and cyclists to and from the site with improved pedestrian routes to Swords Road.

Spaces included in the amenity area are children’s room, activity room, reading room, meeting room, DIY Room, Garden Room, and coffee dock. This contributes to a high quality living environment.
