Type A dwellings) and associated minor relocation of terraces; minor relocation of 1 no. permitted Type H dwelling; associated reconfiguration of rear gardens of relocated dwellings and adjoining properties (total of 15 no. rear gardens affected); together with all associated and ancillary modifications, site and development works. The proposed development does not result in any change to the total number of permitted units (148 no. houses and 24 no. apartments) or the permitted housing mix.
