The site to the east is bounded to the west by Stoney Hill Road and greenfields lands which are subject to a current Phase 1 application under Reg. SD18A/0364 to the north by the existing Rathcoole Park residential estate and to the east and south by undeveloped lands;
The site also includes part of Stoney Hill Road and the roadway at the eastern side of Rathcoole Park; this application comprises Phase 2 of an overall residential development of the lands. .
