The proposed dwellings and ancillary works will be in the curtilage and attendant grounds of the protected structure Struan House The development is on a 2.85 ha. site (part of site of partly constructed development) at Struan Hill, Priory Rd. Delgany. The development is a revision of a permitted scheme for extension and renovation of Struan House and provision of 12 dwellings, Wicklow Co. Council ref no. 15/260.
