(a) Modifications to site layout/internal roads layout in accordance with dmurs to include minor modifications to individual plot/site boundaries on sites 8-19 inclusive. (b) Change of house type on sites 8 and 10 from house type b (2 storey detached house) to house type a described as follows: two storey detached house with optional habitable floor area within attic space with 3 no. roof lights to rear and 1 no. Roof light to front. (c) Change of house type on site 9 from house type b1 (2 storey detached house) to new house type a-a1 described as follows: two storey detached house with optional habitable floor area within attic space with 3 no. roof lights to rear and 1 no. roof light to front, dual aspect. (d) Modifications to previously approved 2 storey houses permitted under planning ref. no. 09/1020, to include habitable floor area as previously indicated within attic space complete with 3 no. velux roof lights to rear and 1 no. velux roof light to front of house type c on sites.
