Access to the basement is from Green Street East. Two no. ESB sub-stations are proposed onto Green Street East. – The development includes the construction of a new north-south pedestrian street connecting Hanover Quay to Green Street East. – All hard and soft landscaping works including to the residential and office courtyard areas and the proposed north south pedestrian link.
