The development is to include for the elimination of the following items previously permitted under planning permission, Reg. Ref. 2851/14; Conversion of the staff toilets to multi use room 1; Conversion of the canteen & meeting room to new toilets; Provision of total block plant room; New floor area at first floor to accommodate meeting room, gallery in church hall with fixed seating for 34 and new stores; Conversion of store room to multipurpose room 4 and extension of existing store area by 17m.sq of new floor at first floor level; New meeting room formed by amalgamation of existing office 4 & 5 at first floor level; Externally to east elevation three new escape doors; Externally to west elevation replacement of main entrance door, replacement of entrance screen with wall and window and replacement of timber door with new escape door; Externally to the south elevation replacement of roller shutter door with escape door and wall; New roof light vents and solar panels. The modifications will also include for the provision of the following; Conversion of the previously approved multipurpose hall to a storage area; The removal of an existing mezzanine storage floor and store at first floor level; General internal alterations.
