The strategic housing development is situated on lands at Rathevan and proposes a scheme of 262 no. dwelling units comprising a mix of detached dwellings, semi-detached dwellings, townhouses and apartments. The proposal also includes a childcare facility and a convenience store along with a number of public open space areas and a multi-use games area.
