Gross floor internal floor area of the proposed development is 2205sqm, all on an application site of approximately 0.582ha. Total gross internal floor area of buildings to be demolished is 159sqm. The development is located within the curtilage of Kylemore Abbey, which is a Protected Structure. The application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS).
