Change of house types and minor alterations to site layout of the development approved under Reg Ref F11A/0006, all within Sector 1 of the overall Barnageeragh Cove development. The development as approved consists of 24 no two storey 3 bedroom Type A houses (109m2), 12 no two storey 3 bedroom Type A1 houses (109m2), 3 no two storey 2 bedroom Type B houses (96m2) and 4 no three storey 4 bedroom Type C houses (151m2) with a total floor area of 4,816 sq. m. The revised layout provides a change of house type in respect of 11 no dwellings within the approved development, as follows: 8 no two storey 3 bedroom Type A houses replaced with 8 no three storey four bedroom semi-detached houses Type C (151m2) and 3 no 2 bedroom Type B houses replaced with 3 no two storey three bedroomed terraced houses Type A1 (109m2). The remaining 32 no dwelling house types are as approved under Reg Ref F11A/0006 (with 5 no under construction at present).The overall development revised as proposed will consist of 43 no dwellings, as follows: 16 no two storey semi-detached three bedroom houses Type A (109m2) 15 no two storey three bedroom terraced houses Type A1 (109m2) and 12 no three storey four bedroom semi-detached houses Type C (151m2). The total floor area of the revised development is 5191 sq. m. The development also includes all associated site landscaping, drainage and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
