A 10-year planning permission and a 35-year operational life for an energy storage facility comprising (i) Energy storage containers installed on concrete plinths; (ii) Electrical inverters and transformers; (iii) Underground electrical and communications cabling; (iv) The upgrade of an existing agricultural entrance accessed via an existing shared access point from the L5039; (v) On-site access track (vi) Security fencing and security gates; (vii) Pole-mounted security cameras; and (viii) All associated and ancillary site development, landscaping and reinstatement works.
