The project will consist of the Construction of a New Emigrants Commemorative Centre (approx. 425sq.m) on site/remains of an existing building. The works will include the part-demolition of the existing building, construction of new development consisting Main Hall, Library, Meeting Room, Toilets, and ancillary accommodation and all associated site works.
