The demolition of: the existing five storey over basement Oisin House Building (approx. gross floor area 6,396 sq.m); 2 no. extensions to the existing Printing House building, which is a protected structure, (approximate gross floor area 887.4 sq.m); stores adjacent to the Pearse Street gate of Trinity College (approximate gross floor area 108 sq.m) and sundry walls within the site. Works will include slit trenching to identify any unknown services present, archaeological monitoring of below ground excavations, works to an existing protected structure and additional sundry demolition and investigation works.
