The Establishment of a National level 2 Year Single Operator Framework for Design and Build Works Contracts for proposed Parks Pavilions (Changing Facilities), ancillary works and services, for South Dublin County Council, in separate locations within the jurisdiction of the County. To award the Initial Contract for the Design and Build of One Pavilion (aprox. area 325 sq.m.) and associated works incl. car-park, paths & ancillary Works at Dodder Valley Park. There may be 2 further Pavilions within the life of the Framework Period.
