Partial redevelopment of former Kennedy Way Waste Water Treatment Works to include the development of new Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) workshops, storage, changing facilities, ancillary offices, access improvements, parking, service yards, boundary fencing and landscaping. It is proposed to develop three buildings on the site:
1) The main hub building;
2) A store to hold an alternative bottled water supply; and
3) A generator store.
