The development will consist of the demolition of existing single-storey administration offices, consolidation protection works to the western end of the shared services building, and the removal and upgrade of the facade to the eastern end of the main terminal building over 2no. stories, the reconfiguration of the existing Airside personnel and passenger entrance egress locations, new security fencing, hard and soft landscaping, with the provision of wayfinding and branding signage, including all associated site works. Demolition works will be carried out within the curtilage of a protected Structure (RPS No.: 328).
