The proposed development will consist of single and double row mono-pitch solar carports over existing surface car park areas, solar panels on ground mounted frames, 1 no. single storey low voltage/medium voltage transformer unit, 2 no. spare parts containers, micro inverter, underground electrical ducting and cabling within the development site, integrated lighting for car port areas, and all associated ancillary development works, including ground works and landscaping. construction and operational access will be via an existing entrance from the R613. the proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the Major Accidents Directive applies.
