The development will consist of planning permission for a period of 10 years to construct and complete a Solar PV Energy development with a site area of circa 20.9 hectares, to include the construction of PV panels mounted on metal frames, transformer stations, new access tracks, underground cabling, perimeter fencing with CCTV cameras and access gates, a temporary construction compound, a substation and all ancillary grid infrastructure and associated works. The Solar Farm will have an operational lifetime of 40 years. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted with this application.
