Permission to
(a) Demolish the following: part of existing factory to the north east, and services buildings to the south
(b) Extend existing factory on the south with production, packaging and marshalling areas with a laboratory and tank store at first floor and
(c) Extend existing factory to the north or east with cold store area and enclosed stand area at ground floor with tanks or valve station area at first level (reduced extension footprint from the extension permitted under Planning Reg No. 17/478) and
(d) Construct a single storey boiler house to the south and all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application.
