This commencement notice relates to the following works only: Change of use of the ground floor manufacturing facility to a Mail Delivery Service Unit (DSU) for An Post to facilitate processing of mails and parcels for onward delivery; the fit-out of the An Post DSU within the existing industrial unit; the provision of electric vehicle chargers and external signage.
Full planning permission to
A) Change of use of the ground floor manufacturing facility (unit 1 c. 2,295sqm gross floor area) to industrial use (mail delivery service unit for an post)
B) Construct an extension for 2 no. Dock levellers and a roller door on the north west elevation (resulting in an increased floor area of c. 21sqm)
C) Modifications to the car parking area to provide a total of 133 no. Parking spaces for use by an post (82 no. Electric vehicle delivery van spaces, 45 no. Staff spaces and 6 no. Visitor spaces) and dedicated pedestrian routes
D) Provision of signage on the south eastern elevation and all ancillary site development works and site services.
