(i) Permission for development consisting of a part single storey/part 2-storey extension to the existing factory, connection to existing on-site wastewater treatment system, new hard standing areas, the extension and reconfiguration of existing car park, boundary fences, compensatory flood water storage area and all associated site works. (ii) Planning permission is also being sought for the change of use of the ground floor of an existing building from manufacturing/storage to a restaurant/café including kitchen and lounge areas, elevational changes, first floor fire escape gantry, connection to existing wastewater treatment system and all associated site works.
(iii) Retention permission is being sought for the change of use of the first floor of an existing building from manufacturing/storage to a restaurant/café, amendments to the internal layout, alterations to elevations and new roof coverings. The first-floor restaurant space is currently being used as a canteen for factory workers.
