Nenagh PCC healthcare and medical center, and a Tusla/HSE outpatient building.

APPLICATION: A healthcare and medical related development across 3 no. blocks, comprising the following:
a) a 3 storey HSE Primary Care Building consisting of treatment rooms, offices, meeting rooms, staff and ancillary rooms, GP doctor surgeries, dental surgery, plant and refuse stores with a plant area also at roof level,
b) a single storey ancillary medical/medicine dispensary unit attached to the Primary Care Building,
c) a 1-2 storey Tusla and HSE outpatient department building consisting of treatment rooms, offices, meeting rooms, staff and ancillary rooms, ancillary outdoor children’s play area to the Tusla building, GP surgery, plant, refuse stores with a plant room at roof level,
d) the proposed development will also comprise of 250 no. surface level car parking spaces, 76 no. surface level bicycle parking spaces, 26 no. surface level motorcycle parking spaces with access control barriers to parking areas, 1 no. ESB substation, street lighting, landscaping, boundary treatment provision of footpath and cycle paths, signage and all associated site development, drainage and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development, the provision of new vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access from the R498 Tyone road and the demolition of the existing detached ESB building and rugby club changing rooms along with all associated structures that are located on the site.
